Make A Public Records Act Request
If you believe the information you are requesting falls under the California Public Records Act, requests can be made in one of two ways:
The following items are NOT Public Records Act Requests:
- Birth, death, and marriage records
- Real estate records
- Fictitious business name records
- Military discharge records
- UCC financing statement records
- Notary records
- Voter registration information
- Voter turnout
- Election statistics/reports
- Precinct maps
All records listed above may be purchased through normal course of business services provided by the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk.
