  • Death Certificates: $26
  • Marriage Certificates: $19

Requests received on or after January 1, 2026, must include the updated fee.

Requests submitted on or before December 31, 2025, will be processed at the current rate.

Vital Records Access for Those Affected by Fires

Los Angeles County residents directly impacted by fires can request property records and vital records (i.e., birth, death, marriage) at no cost to support their recovery efforts.
