File a Proof of Publication

Who Can File

• Persons or business entities who have previously filed a fictitious business name statement, abandonment or withdrawal and wish to file their proof of publication that has been published with a newspaper.  Proof of publication is not required for FBN renewals if there are no changes since the last filing.

NEW Online Filing

Registered business owners (registrants) can now file their Proof of Publication completely online!  Once the filing is completed, the registrant will receive the completed filing by email.
